Rita Levy
Owner and Founder
Rita created boutique search firm work4stars in 2009 to offer top-level service in the recruitment of Hospitality profiles. She has selected and placed management profiles in Europe and Africa, representing owners and international hotel groups for various hospitality and leisure assets, as well as for upscale and luxury developments. Her strong insight of the African markets is combined with an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Human Capital in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Since launching work4stars, Rita has focused on the hospitality development on the African continent and has been in charge of pre-opening training programs.
Rita is a Dr Juris from the State University Ghent (Belgium) and started her career as a Lawyer in Belgium. As an experienced lawyer and having been elected in public office, Rita was appointed as the first Flemish Attaché to the Belgian Embassy in Washington D.C.
After this 5-year term, she started her international consultant career, which brought her to live and work in Mexico, Argentina.
She is professionally fluent in Dutch, French, English and Spanish and fluent in Italian, German and Hebrew.
